TRAINING PROGRAMS:
A series of training programs are offered for various educational opportunities.

APPRENTICESHIP
Jo-Ann Wilson has had extensive professional work in education, and has learned that people have different learning styles. Some learn better in a private or semi-private relationship, and may feel educationally saturated after a week or more of intensive study. This program allows the trainee to study with Jo-Ann privately or semi-privately for one to four days and to focus on areas of the program that they feel necessary to support their practice. Therefore, Wilson and Meagher Sportstherapy offers the apprentice the best educational and cost effective mechanism to learn the Meagher method.

The bulk of the program consists of hands on work with many competition horses and/or amateur human athletes and some human clients with chronic structural and neurological problems. The apprentice will be able to engage in feedback and questions with trainers, riders, human clients, etc. The program occurs within a real-life situation under Jo-Ann's direction and teaching. T
rainees may return from their own practice at any time to the apprenticeship to renew or expand their clinical work. Working at competitions is possible.

Since this program is designed to meet the individual needs of the apprentice, an apprentice may elect to focus on all of the components of the program, or only on those which the apprentice feels is needed in their stage of professional development.
